Astar Services also provides a video resume development service for a small fee of $150 Cdn. Employers are free to view these videos and get their own first impression of potential employees. This also a web based process that enables employers to advertise their employment opportunities for free. Astar Services will work in conjunction with employers to ensure that only the most qualified candidates will be presented for these opportunities. Employers are encouraged to use the clipstream technology to provide a detailed overview of the employment opportunity and the type of candidates they desire. This also provides an excellent venue for companies to provide supplemental information on the company’s background so that potential candidates have a good understanding of the employer’s business. The cost of this service $150 Cdn per employment placement.
